The Kitsap Transit Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2022-2027 Transit Development Plan (TDP) on September 6, 2022, at 8:30AM or as soon thereafter as possible. Public meetings are currently facilitated virtually through hybrid meeting options including both in-person and Zoom Webinar opportunities. Information and attendance instructions will be posted with the September 6, 2022, Board of Commissioners Meeting Agenda and will be available on Kitsap Transit’s website at www.kitsaptransit.com. The proposed plan fulfills a state-reporting requirement and presents a picture of Kitsap Transit as of December 31, 2021. A resolution adopting the 2022-2027 TDP will be placed on the September 6, 2022, meeting agenda for consideration.

A public comment period is established between August 1, 2022, and September 5, 2022. Written testimony, including email, must be received by Charlotte Sampson, Deputy Clerk of the Board; 60 Washington Avenue, Suite 200; Bremerton, WA 98337 or charlottesa@kitsaptransit.com no later than 4PM on Friday, September 5, 2022 to be considered at the September 6, 2022 public hearing.

Draft copies of the 2022-2027 TDP are available at the main business offices between the hours of 8AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday and available online at www.kitsaptransit.com.
